Customers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Rendered: If our service was not completed as scheduled due to any fault on our part.

  • Quality Issues: If the service provided did not meet the quality standards as advertised.

  • Damage: If any damage occurred to your vehicle during our service, verified by our team.


Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us within 48 hours of your service appointment.

  2. Provide Details: Include the following information in your request:

    • Full Name

    • Service Date and Time

    • Description of the Issue

    • Photos (if applicable)

  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

  4. Resolution: We will contact you with the outcome and further steps. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.


Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if a portion of the service was satisfactory or if only part of the service needs to be corrected.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation: If the service is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.

  • Customer No-Show: If the customer is not available at the scheduled service time.

  • Pre-existing Conditions: If there are pre-existing damages or issues with the vehicle that were not caused by our service.
